The Gant Hotel - Aspen

The hotel is luxurious and nestled in a gorgeous building. A storage, a fireplace, and a balcony available in the standard apartment. Delightfully helpful and very friendly staff at all times. A really nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Perfect stay, as always.

Outstandingly helpful and very amiable staff provides a very good service. Make sure to get standard apartment with a great view of the mountain and 2 bath.

Upon arrival, there was a significant miscommunication regarding our reservation. I had booked for 3 nights but was informed I only had 2 nights, which led to a stressful situation. The front desk's response to our plea for assistance was not only unhelpful but shockingly dismissive, leaving us frustrated and disappointed with the lack of basic care for our family's needs.

The staff are brilliantly helpful, the location is comfortable! They care about guests, offer excellent service and shuttle to-and-from town.

We had such a fantastic stay at the Gant. It was in an amazing location, and they also offer a free shuttle if you don't feel like walking. Made us feel like we were valued, and even upgraded our room. We will be headed back in the winter for our anniversary!

We spent most of the time skiing unfortunately we never made it to your restaurant as we ate on the slopes and you are closed at 7 pm! .we cold not figure out the heating so we had to open the windows which was fine, apart those points our stay was perfect we needed an other week at least thanks for your help, i will recommend the Gant and Aspen

Beautiful place for a family getaway!

Staff was friendly and helpful, location excellent, the shuttle "on demand" is extra quick and comfy, drives you in a few minutes to and from wherever you need to go. We didn't have to use the car and hassle with parking! Condos are beautiful and handsomely furnished.

Bedrooms and bathrooms with the 2 twin beds were very tight, at least in Unit A-303. Very nice and roomy closets though, and bathroom cabinets. (Way) too many decorative cushions and pillows on the beds --nowhere to put them when you go to sleep. Finally, we really missed having champagne glasses (flutes). It would cost nothing to have a set of 8-12 flutes. Staff forgot to restock the coffee and we had to order more from the front desk, who asked housekeeping, who took forever (we called 3 times). Everything else was just perfect: the view, the architecture, the comfort, the staff. When we arrived, Alex with our luggage was a genius. We will definitely be back to The Gant!

everything was perfect, including knowledgeable staff and stunning location within walking distance of downtown. location: the hotel was just next door to the center of town, city market and many of the shops, cafes, and restaurants near wagner park and the shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to beautiful trails for family hikes and fine views of the mountains.

For dads, it would be great if there were more on-site activities for the kids to enjoy while ensuring a bit of peace for parents. While the accommodations were comfortable, an upgrade to the play areas or family activities would elevate the experience.

The staff at The Gant were always very helpful and welcoming. Our room was upgraded upon our arrival. There is free, plentiful parking on site. The rooms were very reasonable and extremely large! I enjoy staying in places with kitchens, dining & living rooms, because it's much more fun to spend time with people making meals or hanging out in the common areas as opposed to going out to eat every meal then going back to small hotel rooms. I loved the fireplace with real firewood! They stacked a lot of firewood on our balcony for us to use. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Although it is not that close to town, it is about a 10 minute walk.
